It needs to be in a "animated cursor" format, if you get it like that, AWESOME. To make the Cursor I used Axialis CursorWorkshop I got the Navi animation from ''LilPixieryn'' and I thank you for it!!! ^^ (I changed it red, because I LOVE red ^^)
Push Open on the file, and then apply! Now your all done!! Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers or Settings > Personalization > Themes > Mouse Cursor > Pointers Select the Cursor in the Scheme menu. Open it, right click on Install.inf file and select the Install option. Select the file of the Cursor wherever you saved it ^^ Move folder with files on desktop or wherever you want. There animated!!! They float up and down! ^^ĭownload the file off of here, and save it (remember were you save it!)Ĭlick on Mouse (I use windows XP, I really don't know about other versions of windows, and other operating systems.sorry your gonna have to figure it out if it's different T.T)
